Our Rehabilitation from Injury program at Quay Movement offers a considered, movement-based approach to recovery following injury, pain, or physical limitation. Sessions are designed to support you at your current stage of recovery, whether you are returning to movement for the first time or rebuilding confidence after ongoing or recurring issues.
Using a combination of equipment-based Pilates, biomechanics-informed assessment, movement education, and targeted corrective exercises, sessions focus on restoring movement quality, strength, mobility, and control.
A key part of this process is helping you understand how your body moves, why certain patterns may be contributing to discomfort, and how to move more confidently and efficiently.
This approach aims not only to improve function and reduce discomfort, but also to educate you with practical tools and strategies you can apply beyond the studio, supporting long-term resilience and independence in your movement.
If you’re considering Quay Movement and want a more supportive and individual approach to rehabilitation, we’d be happy to talk with you about whether this service is the right fit for your needs.
Our approach is designed to support people at different stages of recovery, offering considered guidance in a calm and inclusive studio environment. When you’re ready, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
